Senior Software Engineer

The Role

As an experienced Software Engineer, you have a proven background building large-scale enterprise software and platforms that ship to real customers. You understand what it takes to design systems that are robust, modular, and production-ready, and you can move seamlessly from architecture to code.

You will be one of the first engineers responsible for building the foundation that powers the world’s most realistic cyber simulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Architecture – Design and implement the core backend systems that drive the Xintra Platform.

• Service Development – Build APIs, orchestration logic, and scalable backend services for environment creation, management, and telemetry.

• Enterprise Software Engineering – Write and maintain production-level code used by global enterprises and government clients.

• System Design – Develop frameworks that model complex networks, users, and system interactions at scale.

• Integration – Collaborate with infrastructure, design, and simulation teams to ensure seamless platform operation across multiple environments.

• Code Quality – Uphold engineering best practices, testing, and reliability standards across the platform codebase.

• Technical Leadership – Influence architecture and contribute to long-term platform design and evolution.
